Little One

Go to sleep my little one
morning she comes too soon
The north wind is blowing
a sweet lullaby
calling you off to sleep

CHORUS
My prize my joy my little one,
slumber now and rest.
Tomorrow she comes a new day begins,
so little time to rest.

Stars have come my little one,
for mow it's time to rest.
Snuggle down with blankets so warm,
mother wolf watches her cubs.

chorus

Moon is out my little one,
guiding all our dreams.
Softly she glows, white as the hare,
and strong as northern bear.

chorus

High above on mountain top,
the rams she guards us too.
Keeping a watch all through the night,
safe till morning lite.
